Mental Health Education Lecture

Regular lectures are held to provide core knowledge and practical skills for coping with stress, emotional management and mental health improvement.

One-on-one Counseling

Assists clients to maintain psychological wellbeing such as emotional health support, stress management, immigrant adjustment, life changes and transition support, relationship distress, sleep or eating issues, self-advocacy & confidence building, etc.

Strong Minds Program

An evidence-based program that provides 10 free psychoeducational sessions to help participants understand their unique needs when coping with depressive mood or anxiety, adopting skills to self-manage stress.

Support Group

promotes a private, supportive space for adult participants to share experiences, support each other mutually. Besides conversations, the group also facilitates mindfulness / meditation practice, psychoeducation, and useful information as needed.
